1. Collection of personal information

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with our services or for recruitment and hiring purposes, such as:

Identification information (last name, first name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address).

Please note that we cannot guarantee the complete security of your information during its transmission, nor the integrity of your data stored on our platform. Despite our efforts to implement security measures, there remains a risk that this information may be accessed, disclosed, altered or deleted.

6. External data storage – career pages

To facilitate the processing, management and storage of candidate information submitted through our career pages, we utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS). At present, we use Zoho Recruit as our ATS. If a form is submitted on our career pages, the information is transferred to Zoho Recruit via the Zoho Recruit API. Information transferred to Zoho Recruit is stored in a Canadian data center. We only grant access to our Zoho Recruit account to authorized individuals, such as our recruitment team. For more detailed information on how your data is handled by Zoho Recruit, including their privacy practices, we encourage you to review the Zoho Recruit Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to carry out our business activities and to comply with legal obligations.
